Tea

Sitting with a Raspberry and Lemon tea, after a week of the slightest cold niggling as a result of broken sleep, late-night stresses, and toddler coughing constantly.

Energy

May is feeling alive and generous with its sunny days so far.

I am one week into doing something personal and exciting for myself and I hope if you read the previous newsletter, you are enjoying something fresh and new too, for your own wellbeing.

Thought

Have you heard of the Emotional Freedom Technique, known simply as EFT?

Have you ever considered how easy it is to tap into our own frequency - and take charge?

EFT is also known as meridian acupressure and is a great combination of energy therapy, acupressure, and NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming).

It is a powerful self-help healing tool that breaks down the emotional distress associated with any grievances we may be experiencing, whether physical, chronic, or diagnosed.

Any issue you have in your life has an emotional blockage attached, right?

Action

With EFT you tap into the energies of your entire being yourself!

Like acupuncture, EFT is effective in promoting the release of any tension we hold along our meridian lines. Except with EFT, we are in direct control of learning about the causes of our problems.

All bodies have meridian lines of energy. This is nothing new age, just buried by the Western pharmaceutical world of greed over natural healing.

EFT works by tapping on certain meridians to activate the release of the limiting belief we have regarding whichever issue at hand, for example:

“I am so scared about the meeting on Friday.”

By concentrating on working out the root cause of our fear (scared of the boss, scared of speaking in public or scared of being near people again post-Covid), we help ourselves lighten the emotional burden and in turn feel better, achieve more and move away from re-creating the same limiting belief.
