Tea

This week has flown by and I don’t really know why… Oh wait, I do know. I actually spent a lot of time physically talking on the phone last week! And suddenly that blocks out the time you usually do other things because lengthy chitchat phone calls are not something happening often for most of us these days.

I enjoyed the talking out loud and had a few productive brainwaves as a result, around a handful of black teas too.

Energy

I’ve mentioned before that my energy has shifted this year. My body, boobs and brain finally feel like they’re switched on and all mine again. Not saying I could once again train for a half-marathon, well not this year that’s for sure, still working on not slightly wetting myself after a big sneeze!

There’s room for improvement of course, which brings me to this week’s thought…

Thought

The month of May can do wonders for the mind.

Springcleaning. Refreshing. Nurturing. Blossoming. Brightening.

So, I’ve set myself a challenge and am inviting you to join in. To do something, the same thing, every single day for the month of May.

For body and mind, obviously good for the soul too but something that will only take up a little of your day, yet leave you feeling better off.

It can be something as simple as going outside and smelling the flowers each day!

Action

Happy to tell you mine, if you tell me yours first!

Happy to even show you what I’m doing, get you giggling and that’s what the private WhatsApp group for monthly members has been created for - to discuss anything, support each other, grow together, and keep our minds strong and our kids cool.

Of course, having been the 1st already, I’ve begun my days of making May better for me already. And I look forward to the rest of the month of achieving because I need the stimulation, to be honest.
